COSRX Propolis Synergy Toner is an essence-like toner for skin that wants a softer, dewy finish after cleansing. It is more cushiony than a plain watery mist, yet easy to layer beneath serum and cream.
The brand specifies 72.6% propolis extract and 10% honey extract, complemented by glycerin, betaine, panthenol and sodium hyaluronate. Those extract percentages refer to mixtures, not purified active molecules. Humectant hydration is the most defensible immediate benefit; laboratory findings on propolis do not establish this toner as an antibacterial acne treatment.
I would choose it for comfortable hydration and the supple finish rather than as a replacement for targeted actives. Apply morning or evening and follow with moisturiser. Avoid if you have a known propolis or relevant bee-product contact allergy.
