Will I receive the same products every month?

Your next box may differ from your first. The selection is intended to reflect your routine and the products you’re likely to need next, rather than repeat every item automatically.

What is included in The Routine Box?

Each box contains 3–5 skincare products selected by a doctor to work together as a morning or evening routine. You’ll also receive guidance on when and how to use them.

Is the routine chosen for my skin?

Yes. Before your first box is prepared, you’ll answer a short questionnaire about your skin, your goals and the products you already use. The answers help guide the product selection.

Can I buy a box without filling up the questionaire?

Yes. We will simply surprise you with our newest products!

Is The Routine Box suitable for sensitive skin?

Tell us about sensitivities and past reactions in the questionnaire. Product selection can take those answers into account, but no skincare product can be guaranteed free of irritation. Introduce new products gradually and stop using a product if your skin reacts.

When should I expect to see results?

Hydration may feel different quickly, while changes in skin tone and texture usually take consistent use over many weeks. Results vary by person and product. If you are looking for some personalised skincare advise, contact us and we will make an online appointment!

What if I’m pregnant, breastfeeding or using prescription skincare?

Please mention this in the questionnaire so it can be considered when selecting your routine. If you’re using prescription treatment or have a skin condition, check with your treating clinician before adding new active ingredients.
