Shipping policy

SHIPPING

1.1.We offer a flat-rate shipping on all orders within Switzerland (3.50 CHF) and Europe (9.90 EUR). Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. We use a Swiss post service to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time. However, we are not responsible for any delays, lost packages or damages caused during shipping.

RETURNS

2.1 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in new, unopened, unused condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2.2. To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@moreaboutskin.ch or through our contact form. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return policy, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

3.1. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

4.1. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at orders@moreaboutskin.ch or through our contact form within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
