GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of moreaboutskin.ch (belonging to More for Skin KLG) website, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
1.2. To use our website and purchase our products, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
1.3 By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
1.4 We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
INTELECTUAL PROPERTY
2.1 The content on the Site, including without limitation, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of more More for Skin KLG or its licensors and is protected by Swiss and international copyright laws.
2.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, transmit, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
3.1 We offer skincare products and services through the Site ("Products"). The availability and description of the Products are subject to change without notice.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
3.3 We make no warranties or representations about the effectiveness or safety of any Products, and you agree to use the Products at your own risk.
3.4 All information at moreaboutskin.ch is without engagement, and any form of liability is rejected. Moreforskin.ch also excludes in particular, within the framework of statutory regulations, any form of engagement and liability for how correct, complete and up to date the information is.
3.5 Although products and ingredients lists are checked and updated regularly, actual ingredients in a given product option may vary from the list on the website. Ingredients are subject to change at manufacturer's discretion. For the most complete and up-to-date list of ingredients, please refer to product packaging.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 The prices are mutually binding at the point of order. If mistakes or errors have been made, moreforskin.ch reserves the right to make subsequent price changes. In this case, the customer shall be informed and is not obligated to take receipt of the products affected by the price change.
4.3 Moreforskin.ch reserves the right to make changes to the prices and to the range at any time without prior notice. Images of all products and illustrations are not colour-binding, and can deviate from the original.
4.4 In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs shall be incurred, depending on the type of shipping.
4.5 We accept payment through the methods specified on the moreforskin.ch. You are responsible for any fees associated with your chosen payment method.
4.6 An order shall become binding for the customer when they click on the button ‘Complete Order” to confirm their order on the checkout webpage on which the complete overview of the order is displayed, at the end of the order process.
4.7 The customer shall then receive without delay a corresponding confirmation of receipt email from moreforskin.ch after placing the order, which is sent to the email address specified by the customer. Up until the point in time when an order is shipped, moreforskin.ch reserves the right, in a separate email to the customer, to reject the order or to reduce the order amount.
4.8 Moreforskin.ch reserves the right to reject an order if a legal dispute exists with the customer, in particular in connection with a failure to make payments for previously existing orders.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 We offer shipping to locations worldwide, subject to our shipping policy.
5.2 We will use reasonable efforts to deliver Products within the estimated delivery timeframes specified on the Site, but we do not guarantee delivery times.
5.3 Moreforskin.ch is not responsible for any delays, damages, or other problems that may arise during shipping or delivery.
5.4 The complete and correct statement of delivery address remains the responsibility of the customer. If an error in the delivery address is made by the customer and, under the circumstances, a delivery is not possible, moreforskin.ch may entirely abandon the delivery of the product without the possibility of a claim being made for a replacement or for damages.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
6.1 We accept returns of Products within 14 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.
6.2 We will refund the purchase price of the returned Products, less any shipping or handling charges, within a reasonable time after we receive the returned Products.
6.3 Returned products and packages respectively will only be accepted in a suitable conditions: unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
7.1 IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
7.2 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS.
7.3 You agree to protect, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site or Products.
7.4 The contract is exclusively subject to Swiss law.
