QUINOA SEED EXTRACT

Chenopodium quinoa seed extract is rich in essential fatty acids. These essential fatty acids restore the skin’s barrier function, which helps to keep the skin hydrated and soft. This extract also contains vitamin C and E, powerful antioxidants that can protect the skin from free radicals caused by factors such as UV radiation and pollution. The extract is used in formulations for all skin and hair types, but is particularly suitable for skin or hair that is excessively dry.

TOCOPHEROL

It is a fat soluble vitamin, also called as vitamin E, a very powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants protect the skin from damaging free radicals, that attack the skin and cause inflammation and cellular damage. By doing so antioxidants are main ingredients preventing aging.

PANTHENOL

Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5), is a water-soluble vitamin that is widely used in skincare products due to its ability to improve hydration and texture. When applied to hair and scalp it penetrates moisture into lower skin layers and deep into each hair strand and hair shaft. Itprevents breakage caused from harsh brushing and styling by protecting hair fibres.

CITRIC ACID

Citric acid is an AHA and comes from citrus fruits. In higher concentrations it is an exfoliant like other AHAs, that can gently lift off dead skin cells to make it look more fresh. Citric Acid is used in many hair care products to reduce the pH of the hair care products and helps to make your scalp acidic, thereby regulating the pH of your scalp and improving your scalp condition.
