PDRN Pink Collagen Gel Mask

The Medicube PDRN Pink Collagen Gel Mask is an intensive hydrogel treatment designed to improve hydration, skin plumpness and overall radiance. Its formula combines PDRN (Sodium DNA), hydrolyzed collagen, niacinamide and a multi-peptide complex in a hydrogel mask that gradually becomes transparent as it is worn.

From a medical skincare perspective, PDRN is an interesting ingredient with an established role in regenerative medicine, although the evidence for topically applied PDRN is considerably more limited than for injectable treatments. In this mask, Sodium DNA is present at 3 ppm, so I consider it a supportive skin-conditioning ingredient rather than a substitute for professional PDRN procedures.

The formula also contains hydrolyzed collagen (300 ppm). Topical collagen does not replace collagen within the dermis; instead, hydrolyzed collagen primarily contributes to surface hydration and film formation, helping the skin feel softer, smoother and temporarily more plumped.

Niacinamide is one of the most relevant active ingredients in the formula. This well-studied form of vitamin B3 supports epidermal barrier function and can help improve uneven pigmentation, skin tone and overall radiance.

The mask is further enriched with an extensive peptide complex, including Copper Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4 and several acetylated peptides, together with adenosine for additional skin-conditioning and anti-aging support.

Humectants including glycerin, betaine and glycols, together with panthenol and allantoin, help replenish moisture and maintain skin comfort. The hydrogel format creates an occlusive environment that reduces evaporation while the mask is worn, allowing the skin to become intensely hydrated.

After application, the complexion appears plumper, smoother and more luminous, with fine dehydration lines temporarily softened and the skin feeling deeply moisturized.
