COSRX Low pH Niacinamide Micellar Cleansing Water is a lightweight option for removing everyday makeup and residue when you prefer a cleansing water to a foaming wash. Micellar surfactants help lift oily material onto a pad without vigorous rubbing.
The formula pairs cleansing ingredients with panthenol, allantoin and sodium hyaluronate. Niacinamide is listed at 1,000 ppm, equivalent to 0.1% in the version held here. That makes it a supporting ingredient in a cleanser, not the equivalent of a leave-on niacinamide serum.
I would choose this for convenient makeup removal and a simple first cleansing step. Saturate a pad, hold briefly over makeup and wipe gently. Rinse afterwards if your skin is easily irritated or you dislike residue; waterproof makeup may need a separate remover. Low pH does not guarantee tolerance for every sensitive skin.
