HYDROLYZED COLLAGEN

The chemically chopped up version of the big protein molecule, collagen. It is often derived from fish or bovine sources and works as a nice moisturizer and humectant that helps the skin to hold onto water.Hydrolyzed Collagen is not really collagen, it is rather an undefined and varying mix of largish peptides. Contrary to popular belief, hydrolyzed collagen does not function as an anti-aging ingredient, but rather a humectant that assists in hydrating skin.

NIACINAMIDE

Also called as vitamin B3, it is a real superstar with many benefits to the skin: it smoothes the wrinkles, fades brown spots, strengthens skin barrier. It can also improve skin problems such as acne, rosacea and atopic dermatitis.

GLYCERIN

Glycerine is a humectant type of moisturizer that is also found naturally in our skin.  It not only moisturises, but keeps lipids in our skin in a healthy state, protects against irritation, restores skin barrier. Effective in 3-10%. Although quite sticky, higher concentrated formulas with glycerine is great for treating extremely dry skin.
