How to use
- Apply a small amount to face and neck after toner and serum.

Beauty of Joseon Dynasty Cream is for the person who wants their moisturiser to leave skin feeling comfortable and looking softly dewy. It has a creamier finish than a watery gel, making it an appealing final step when skin feels tight or lacks suppleness.
What I appreciate about the formula is that it brings together two different jobs: humectants such as glycerin add hydration, while squalane and other emollients soften the surface and support moisture retention. Niacinamide complements that barrier-focused approach.
Rice bran water and ginseng root water give the cream its Beauty of Joseon character. For choosing a moisturiser, though, I would focus on whether the texture gives your skin enough comfort without feeling excessive. Normal to dry skin may enjoy the richer finish; combination skin can use a thinner layer or concentrate it on drier areas.
Use it after serum in the evening, or beneath sunscreen in the morning. This is a moisturising foundation for your routine: a way to support skin comfort while any targeted active products do their own work.

Squalane
A stable emollient that helps soften the skin and support moisture retention. Squalane is distinct from squalene and does not contain the fatty-acid profile of olive oil.
Niacinamide
Supports the skin barrier and a more even-looking skin surface with regular use. It does not make the cream a medical treatment for inflammatory skin disease.
