How to use
AM
- AM: Apply generously and evenly to face, ears, neck and other exposed skin as the last skincare step, before makeup.
- Apply before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours outdoors and after sweating, swimming or towel drying; follow the pack's directions.
- Do not mix sunscreen into moisturiser or foundation. Avoid contact with eyes.
For me, the most useful sunscreen is one you can apply generously and comfortably every day. AXIS-Y Complete No-Stress Physical Sunscreen Ver.3 is a Korean mineral sunscreen with SPF 50+ PA++++, zinc oxide and 2% niacinamide.
The UV protection is the main reason to choose it. Niacinamide, squalane and hydrating ingredients are helpful extras: they support a comfortable finish, rather than replacing moisturiser or treatment for a skin condition.
I would consider it if you prefer a mineral filter and a lighter texture. A white cast is still possible, especially on deeper skin tones. The reviewed ingredient list contains no added perfume or fragrant essential oils, but even a fragrance-free sunscreen can irritate an individual skin.

Zinc oxide
A mineral UV filter that helps protect against UVA and UVB. The SPF and UVA rating belong to the tested finished formula, not to zinc oxide alone.
Niacinamide — 2%
Vitamin B3 supports barrier-related skin functions. Pigmentation studies used specific formulations; 2% in this sunscreen is not a promise that it treats melasma or acne.
Squalane and silicones
Emollients improve slip and reduce a dry feel. Silicones are not inherently pore-clogging, and texture can help make daily sunscreen easier to wear.
Sodium hyaluronate, glycerin and allantoin
Humectants bind water; allantoin supports skin comfort. These complement sun protection without increasing the stated SPF.
