ASCORBIC ACID
L-ascorbic acid (a.k.a.ascorbic acid), has been extensively studied for its benefits to the skin. Using concentrations of 5-20% it can improve the appearance of various signs of aging caused by sun damage, such as wrinkles, discolorations, and loss of firmness. Additionally, even lower concentrations of 0.3-2% can offer advantages such as improving uneven skin tone, reducing fine lines, and increasing the skin's antioxidant capacity.
SODIUM HYALURONATE
It's a salt form of a famous hyaluronic acid (HA), a natural moisturising factor (NMF).It is more stable and has lower molecular weight than HA, therefore penetrates deeper into the epidermis (till stratum granulosum). It rejuvenates the skin by reinforcing and stimulating natural HA production in the epidermis.
TOCOPHEROL
It is a fat soluble vitamin, also called as vitamin E, a very powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants protect the skin from damaging free radicals, that attack the skin and cause inflammation and cellular damage. By doing so antioxidants are main ingredients preventing aging.
